Cali Auto's 2018 Autocross Series - AX 8

The eighth and final round of our 2018 championship will take place at Atlanta Motor Speedway on Sunday, November 4th and is scheduled as follows:

730am      Gates Open
800am      Registration Opens and Track is open for walking
930am      Mandatory Drivers Meeting
1000am     First car out
400pm      Finish

The Champions Lot at Atlanta Motor Speedway is divided into three sections; the area covered with cones is the track, in the middle is a concrete area leading to the ticket booths, we call this the grid, and the parking lot not covered in cones is the pit.

On arrival:
1) Pit your car in an available parking space
2) Come to the registration table to complete check in.
3) Return to car and remove any loose items and apply numbers for autocross
4) Move your car to the grid and open the trunk(s) for tech inspection
5) Walk the course

All registrations must be through ClubRegistration.org. While we prefer online payment, we will accept on-site payment with correct cash or a check made out to Peachstate PCA.

The system will auto-generate a number if you don't already have one. If you are a first-time autocross participant, we do expect you to classify your own car. That information is located in the Autocross section of the Peachstate website: http://www.peachstatepca.org/Autocross/124

If your child is participating in the event, please bring a completed waiver: http://www.cvrpca.org/docs/Minor_and_Parent_Form-WAIVER-PCA2009.pdf. Minimum requirements for the autocross are 16 and a valid driver's license. Licensed minors may drive by themselves but a parent or legal guardian must be present on site.

The costs are (per driver):
- $45 for PCA members
- $50 for non-members

To qualify for the PCA rate you must have a PCA membership number associated with your ClubRegistration account, you can verify/add this under My Account -> Edit Memberships. There are no exceptions.

If you are a multi-driver car, both drivers will need to register and enter the other driver as their co-driver. This helps us put you in separate run groups.

Before asking questions, please review all of the information presented on the Peachstate website. If you are having trouble with the club registration website, please contact them directly. If you have questions about the event itself, please contact me or any of the other Autocross committee members.

Please opt-in to receiving SMS messages on your Club Registration account preferences. We update event status via SMS message and on the club facebook page: https://www.facebook.com/groups/135318400262/

Cancellations: If you have registered and later find out you can't make the event, please cancel your registration so that others can sign-up and we know who is coming. We will issue a refund or credit for a future event up to 9pm on the Friday before the autocross. Refunds will incur a $5 fee to cover administrative costs. No refunds or credits will be issued for cancellations after 9pm on the 2nd.

Thank you for making it another great season!

3) Return to car and remove any loose items and apply numbers for autocross
4) Move your car to the grid and open the trunk(s) for tech inspection
5) Walk the course

All registrations must be through ClubRegistration.org. While we prefer on-line payment, we will accept on-site payment with correct cash or a check made out to Peachstate PCA.

Please opt in to receiving SMS messages on your Club Registration account preferences. We update event status via SMS message and on the club facebook page: https://www.facebook.com/groups/135318400262/

Cancellations: If you have registered and later find out you can't make the event, please cancel your registration so that others can sign-up and we know who is coming. We will issue a refund or credit against a future event up to 9pm on the Friday before the autocross (9/1/17). Refunds will incur a $5 fee to cover administrative costs. No refunds or credits will be issued for cancellations after 9pm on the 1st.

It's going to be a great season!
